The mission of Pearland Strikers is to support and encourage our athletes and coaches in their pursuit for excellence in volleyball by bringing high level technical training to the Pearland area. The Strikers strive to teach players the value of teamwork, responsibility, self-discipline and leadership by giving every athlete the opportunity to be the best they can be on and off the volleyball court.

We focus on dedication, responsibility, team cohesion, persistence, and service to others. We believe that what happens during practice, on the court, at teambuilding and performing community service provides a lasting impression on our youth. Both on and off the court, we strive to make valuable impressions through positive, constructive, demanding and compassionate instruction.
